The Jam & Jelly Lady ships USPS ground.  P.O. boxes are acceptable.  We ship only to the 48 contiguous states. 

Shipping is based on the merchandise total for EACH address:

To guarantee delivery, you must submit a complete shipping address.  We can guarantee delivery only to the address you supply.  We are not responsible for packages that you have forwarded to a new address.

This is our cannery number, and sometimes we are busy outside the Summer Kitchen, gathering produce, delivering orders, or running a farmer’s market.  Please speak slowly and clearly, leaving your phone number and a convenient time we may call you back!

Damaged Products

Products that are damaged during shipping may be returned to us for replacement with additional charges.  If your package arrives damaged, please call The Jam & Jelly Lady at 513-932-6470 for assistance

Business Hours

Our Summer Kitchen is open 9-5 almost everyday of the year.  Leave a message and your call will be returned within 24 hours.  For three weeks of the year the Summer Kitchen is closed (usually a week in the summer, a week in the fall, and a week in the winter) and we are taking a much-needed breather!  In this case, our answering machine, website, and e-mail will reflect the closing and give you a re-open time.
